Hoxey allows an unlimited number of Team Members bound to each Customer Account.
There are two types of accounts: Seat and Owner.
- Seat accounts can manage Honeypots, Filters and Events as well as having notification channels
- Owner account, in addition, can manage Team Members and Billing
INFO: Owners can only create Seat accounts. If you wish to have multiple Owner-type account reach out to our support. It’s free of charge, but requires Staff intervention.
Creating and Managing Seats
To create a Seat account, click the “Add Team Member” button in the top-right of the page.
Fill in Email, First Name, Last Name and choose a strong password. Lastly, select “Customer Seat” as Role.
