From this page, you can fully manage your Hoxey subscription with ease and frictionless payments.
Hoxey uses a Consultative Sales model.
Even though our prices are clearly published on this website, each customer receives a service tailored to their needs. For this reason, we provide a personalized quote during the initial consultative call to apply discounts based on commitment, number of honeypots, and the complexity of operations on managed plans.
Becoming a Customer
After reaching out to us, we will discuss your specific needs through one or more free consultative calls. Once an agreement is reached, we will:
- Activate your Hoxey account and provide you with the credentials.
- Send a personalized quote, previously agreed upon during the initial consultation.
- Pre-configure and then ship or install your small Hoxey Appliance.
Once the appliance is active and online, you will need to pay the quote by clicking the "Pay Now" button. This opens the Stripe payment page, where you can enter your payment details.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through Stripe, a leading payment provider trusted by millions of businesses around the world. Stripe is certified to the highest industry security standards (PCI-DSS) and ensures your payment data is protected with advanced encryption.
We do not know, nor store in any way, your card details. The payment is completely handled by Stripe.
Billing and Payments Page
The page is divided into three sections:
- Info Cards with your current subscription status, monthly cost, and next due payment.
- Quotes showing our subscription proposals. These turn into actual Subscriptions once paid.
- Payment Records displaying the history of previous payments.
Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
By clicking the "Manage Subscription" button in the top right of the page, the Stripe billing page opens. From there, you can see and manage your subscription directly through Stripe.
- Cancel the Subscription by clicking the button next to each subscription. Your service will remain active until the end of its duration, after which you will no longer be charged.
- Billing Information allows you to view and update your billing and invoicing details.
- Manage Payment Methods by adding, removing, and setting default payment card(s).
- Invoice History matches the Payment Records on Hoxey. It can also be used to view and download invoices.
